IdentityTraining is my greatest strength and i believe in it the most. My presence in a class is the most extraordinary, interactive, energetic, positive and pleasant experience students can ever have. I consider teaching or training is a give and take policy. However, from trainer's end, it is more of giving than taking. I believe in going an extra mile to impart the knowledge that the candidate is looking for.
My achievements are not in the forms of awards or mentioned in any certificate but the gestures that i receive from my students in the form of being regular to the class, giving me results, references, willingness to sit in my class.
I go at to the level of a student to identify his problems in understanding the subject. Continuous experimenting with my training process as per the requirement and level of student is one of my best qualities, i believe.
I am not the best but one of being the one and you can only know me better when you want to.
