"Rajshekar is one of the best trainers that I have ever seen. He is not a kind of trainer who just forces you to practice routine workout plan. He customises the workout and nutrition plan according to an individual's food habits and capability. He has a good knowledge over these nutrition and workout plans because he will not just give you a list of things to do but he will give you a detailed explanation on why and how you should follow the plan. Also he will educate you regarding the impact that the workout and nutrition plan would have on your body. When it comes to nutrition plan, he plans it according to the quantity of proteins/vitamins required to an individual. If all the workout and nutrition plans are followed as per his instructions, you will be able to see good results with 2-3 months. "
