Hello Sir,
I faced a similar situation with my kid. Though it took some time (at least 6months), the below approach gradually gave me excellent results.
The first one to three weeks will be tough, but don't give up.
In addition, we have also noticed that consuming a lot of sweet food (especially sugar-based like chocolates, cream biscuits, cakes and ice-creams, artificially flavoured juices and drinks) will make them overactive.
Kindly see if this has to do anything with your situation.
