Hi Sir!
Generally, kids of that age don't like sitting at one place unless they get to do something that builds up interest in them. If you allow them to watch TB, they will sit, but we don't like it because it will affect their eyes.
I would suggest you play with him some puzzles, riddles, do some brainy acts, play along with memory games, etc.
