"I got a good relief with low back exercises like hip to wall,knee floor exercise, table top position . I can say there is a visible change because for a week i was suffered a lot and i faced difficulty when raising from sitting posture and i can't able to go out also. Now i got a good relief with the exercises explained by shravani. Thank you shravani "

"I am practicing yoga from past four months.I had breathing allergy after practicing kapalabathi. Gradually it is reduced now I m totally fine with my breathing.I had a back pain too, which is totally reduced. Now I got a good relief from allergy and pains. Thank you for everything sravani "

You can do it but under the guidance of a yoga trainer. Asanas that strengthen the knee without putting pressure on them should be practised. Join a yoga class and start a regular practice. It will not only keep you fit, but your knee problem will also be alleviated.
