Since you are not allowed to take the watch so practice is the best way to track time.

PART 1...length of answer should be 6 to 7 lines

CUE CARD...Initially, Practice answering all 4 questions by keeping watch in front of you. Record your speaking. Then count how many lines you spoke per half a minute before switching over to next question. This will give you fair idea of when to stop.

PART 3...length of answer has to be 8 to 10 lines.
