"It's around 2 months since I joined yoga classes with Radha sir and I am very satisfied with his knowledge and experience. He has lot of patience and his teaching techniques are good. I was advised by my gastroenterologist to start pranayam for my stomach disorders. I am learning yogasanas and pranayam and I have seen considerable difference in flexibility. Relaxation techniques are good for stress management. For the very first time I came to know how to do anulom vilom pranayam with right techniques. I am still learning new things daily. And right breathing techniques are very important for good health. And I liked that he is not at all doing this for money making and teaching for 6 days a week not 3 or 4 days. Keep it up sir. And thanks for being so understanding."

"Nowadays we see commercial attitude in almost every profession. But to be very honest, Radha Sir is a lot different from that. He only expects his students to be healthy and fit. Now coming to his teaching method. I started yoga under Radha Sir during this covid period. So, you can well understand that all the classes were online. But believe me never I felt that I am unable to follow or understand his instructions. Each and every instructions were so clear, you would never even think that the classes are online. Felt totally like offline classes. Overall, I am very happy with the teaching method and attitude of Radha Sir. "
