- Define the overall UX strategy and vision for the user experiences across all of the external and internal platform, aligning with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Working closely with the business team for Discovery, Brainstorming & Ideation Process to get the design in place.
- Taking decisions in terms of Sprint & Release Level deliverables whilst aligning to the product roadmap and business priorities.
- Creating User Stories with clearly furnished descriptions and getting ready with the Sprint backlog and Product backlog ahead of time.
- Conducting grooming sessions and Sprint Planning meetings for multiple development teams.
- Conducting Sprint level demos and Release demos to the Business Stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality UX and UI across various projects at any given time, providing oversight and guidance while empowering team members.
- Oversee the entire UX process from concept to prototyping to execution.
- Plan, design and conduct in-field, remote and in-house user-centred research and usability testing sessions to support design and development.
- Communicate design, research findings and customer insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Handling the design team, enabling cross-collaboration & load balancing the UX priorities whilst following Design Thinking, CUBI Framework & Lean UX.
- Performing Usability & Heuristic Evaluations and feed them back to product scope based on preferences.
- Prioritize roadmap features and product enhancement requests, specifically around UX.
- Craft internal and external communications around upcoming features, including release notes, user manuals, and feature descriptions.

It is very easy. You will get to know various aspects of Salesforce architecture like force website, App Exchange, Sales and Service cloud, Visualforce, Salesforce Object, Process Builder, and much more. Though Salesforce is extensive, it is not difficult to learn.
However, development needs coding knowledge. You must have some programming experience like Java.

Why don't you equip with a good MBA from a top B school..in India..or abroad like Michigan,USA,  la Salle in France or our IIM's..if u have age & money to do that..it another alternative..pursue a machine language or Artificial intelligence..in yr field to great lift in yr career..Dr K S Velmurugan,  prof & director ex, kmcpgs , Pondicherry.

What i think is programming is not only related to language but moreover its a logic. If have better understanding and clear conpect that what you want to buil and how you built then you can have bright future in development industry. Programming is just a matter of syntax you can choose any language all are good until and unless you are good in your logic and concept. You start with PHP also.
