As you say you don't have any experience, you must begin from zero. IT covers a lot of fields itself like Development, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, web development, network eng, system admin and list go on. So, first of all, you need to choose a field as per your interest. Your interest and curiosity will push you towards learning new things. Perform a little bit of research and start learning ASAP. As per my personal experience, if you want to start a career as a software engineer or web developer, then Python will be a great choice. And AWS is also a good option for cloud technology.
So stop thinking and start learning. It's never too late. Good luck.
