As per your requirement 'want to register my business', I understood that you want to register with government authorities to legalise your business and register with the platform so that you can market your business. Register with the respective state government for ' Shops and Establishment license ' and Register with Goods and Service tax if expected proceeds from tution and Coaching crosses Rs 20,00,000. In case your anticipated collection does not cross Rs 20,00,000 Registration with GST is not required.

If you are interested in doing CA and another professional course, then you can opt. Otherwise, start a job as an intern in any CA firm or other company.
Many short term courses are available in the market, which is only waste your time and money. If you want to do better in your career, then choose a professional course instead of choosing other short term courses. However, it is my view, and the decision is entirely up to you.
