As you are interested in design learn the below mentioned softwares clearly and practice more diagrams and part models as well as assembly on it to get more stuff. The mechanical design softwares are Autocad, Pro-E or Creo, Catia, Ansys, Solidworks and Unigraphics.

Dear Pavan, I would request you to go for any 3D design softwares (like Proe, Catia, UG). But you should learn thoroughly tool with engineering basics and drawing standards. These primary skills are enough to get the Job in this field.
