Sai, the primary reason for stage fear is lack of confidence which is due to lack of preparation. Understand and Prepare your script and practice hard before you speak on stage.

I recommend to practice atleast 3 times before the actual speech either in front of mirror or camera or in front of someone you totally trust to give you good feedback. Maintain a good eye contact with each and every one in audience, so that you will definitely have a good rapport when you are delivering what you want to, maintaining a good eye contact makes you feel comfortable, if not, you will see one or two in audience and develops a fear about others. read less
