"I do not find much substance in mass coaching and entrusted my son’s mathematics personal coaching under professor Hemant Pandey, getting influenced by his web site, special students’ comments, his promising sweet talks and his persona. I paid full in advance, otherwise in installments he charges taxes and his commuting. But soon I realized my mistakes. Although he knows the subject, gives motivational lectures in between, but the key thing in a personal coaching, involvement with the student, give him various types of questions, assess throughout till the exam, was not seen. Course was completed from May to August (1.5 -2 hrs once a week) and thereafter he used to come, once a month, sit for a while and ask for any difficulties. On my asking him to take a test series he replied to get him enrolled in online test series of various types. He had no protocol of this kind. If your child is so hard working and intelligent that he needs just someone to solve his difficulties and rest he can manage, it is fine. These kind of students anyway do not require coaching and still do wonders. Otherwise if you feel that you are looking for someone who “keeps student involved” by taking tests, sitting frequently with student, giving enough time as per student’s need and holding his hand till the exam, Professor Pandey’s stature is too high for that. He also dislikes repeated disturbances on phone or through sms. Many times he even doesn’t answer back your sms. Friendly advise, pay in installments even if it is costlier. "
