I am teaching yoga to our students more than 3 yrs.I believe yoga is best tool for correcting lifestyle disorders like Diabetes, Hypertension, PCOS, Hypothyroidism etc. To cal n relax mind is key for health. I insist pranayam n meditation more than asana. for successful achievement of your goal , you need lifestyle correction n diet modification, here ayurveda helps a lot. Doing yoga practices, key of success is patience.

yes some. there are limited asana for kids
