I would say for these small kids, you need to write things in front of them and it will be better if you use paint or anything with your electronic writing pen which is compatible with your device, and also you will need to show some standard images, videos or charts. Whiteboard is useful only when you want to write and show, the presentation will allow you to illustrate but not writing. A platform with writing and showing standard presentation will be okay.
