He is trained in Yoga at a very reputable university in Rishikesh. Shivkumar adopts and curates a session as per requirements and body needs. We end our session with calming and soothing meditation. "I had a lot of back and neck pain. The only way the doctors could help was through medicines. I had a lot of Myospaz to try and resolve my problem, but after one class with Shiv Kumar Sir, 90% of my pain was resolved. After having done several classes with him, I can assure anyone that if they have lifestyle based pains, that should be resolved with his classes. I love the flow in which he does the class.
