I have 12 years of corporate experience in Human Resources,I have taken classroom lectures of CAIIB students on HR Module, I have worked as visiting faculty in few MBA institute. I have very strong knowledge of Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Training and development.
I have worked with organisations like Reliance Capital, Au Small Finance bank and HDB Financial Services.
I was very much instrumental in setting up HR gamut for Au Small Finance Bank in Maharashtra, implementation of various policies, I was involved in designing of training curriculum for the employee's in Maharashtra and Goa.
I have delivered training to almost 1000+ employees for Au Small Finance Bank.
At HDB Financial Services I was instrumental in designing the orientation program schedule/calendar for new comers and delivering the induction and orientation program. I have delivered various types of training like softskills, customer interaction, counter management to almost 1500 employees.
Recently I have taken classroom lecture of approx 40 CAIIB students on HR Module which equals to 35-40 hours.

" I am one Jr Recruiter working in one small pharma company from 1year with no idea of HR Roles & Responsibilities. Mr Tejas has taken classes for me on the topics like Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations. Also he has given me many tips from his experiences which are helping me to handle things better than before.I should specially talk about the way he takes classes. Initially I wasn't much liking his attitude in teaching but later I liked his attitude only in his teaching more. He will be strict & very hard while giving lecture also he will not compromise if we are not understanding any topic from his side his will try his best& expect the same from us too. He teaches each & every topic according to level of understanding of the students, he will create suitable examples according to the students in a way they can understand.I will not be satisfied soon with anything but I am giving him 5 star for his teaching.
