I had been teaching yoga to children and adolescent in school since 2011. In last four years have developed my own ways to bring yoga in day to day life with simple dynamic ways, specially meditation and Aasanas & Pranayam. In the course designed equal focus is given on emotional and mental well being apart from physical. So far conducted 40+ workshops across India. One retreat for children near Hyderabad. I consult and guide school teachers, new teachers as well provide right orientation for new comers.

To promote and share best practices as well as finer ways of training I started assisting teacher trainer, since 2010. mirambika, Research center of Integral Education & Human Values, became our ground to learn as well as train others. There I had an opportunity to interact, hold sessions and workshops for B.El.Ed. students, Karanataka & Ladakh Teachers, NCERT RTE principal and teacher group. Who comes every year. Apart from this, Our in-house training program focusing on ICT, Physical Education, Science & Mathematics with Mental Faculty Development. So far I have conducted many workshops outside of institute in remote corner of our country from Himalayas to Telangana. Mumbai to Odisha. Many time simple communication, reflective practices within staff members brings up so many insights that teacher feels passionate to try out new things. Break the barrier of initial hesitation. All sessions are designed with an open window of co-creation.
