According to me yoga is purely a practical based practice where you can realize the power of Assanas, purify yourself with Pranayama and touch the higher level of inner peace by practicing Meditation.
Many books or theory written by peoples on their own experience.
But the main thing is that this theory is useless until you don't do the Yoga practice because you have to take initiative if you want to achieve something, and it's apply in every sector of our life either in spiritualism or materialism.
