I have tried the BA training else where before but stopped when I could barely understand what am taught, but reverse is the case when it comes to Nikki. "Nikki was a very knowledgeable instructor. He fully explained in detail all the topics. He gave real-life scenarios and analogies which made the concepts easier to grasp and thoroughly understand. If there were any questions, he answered to the fullest by using examples that everyone will understand. He always stayed on task and was always available for questions. He taught the topic and concepts in a way in which hardly any questions arose. He was always on time and used to make sure we were as well, by sending us a reminder of class 5 minutes before the start time. He recorded the sessions, which helped me go back and catch any notes that I may have missed during class. His powerpoints and charts helped me to understand much easier.
