Dear Asif ...do mean BASICS of spoken English...then just remember that communication means to explain ur thoughts to the person in front of u , therefore there is nothing like basic english , u just keep using ur known English words in ur sentence n try to add few more words in ur vocabulary , that always promote.

My personal experience says that all books r good . But the most beautiful n helpful is that which is for u to understand.
For beginners u can start with class 4_5 books and for little bit more, start with news paper n magazines, read it laudly n slowly that will help you tu understand what you are reading.
