I have been suffering from extreme backache for years now and recently I fell on stairs and then started having tailbone pain. This has caused extreme pain to my lower back and due to this I can not walk for more than 10 min, can't climb stairs much, and also can not sit for longer hours. I had my diagnosis which says, I have low bone density problem and calcium deficiency. All together all these causing health problem and I am unable to do my daily work and have even left my job. Can you help me suggesting remedies? I have been taking some physiotherapy session as well but not getting much benefit.

Apply Magnet Therapy, belt or caution and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy. You can use Memory Foam or Air Bed. You can do Shalbhasana, and in Shalbhasana keep your leg 30° to 45°,hold that position 30 seconds to 2 minutes first time with support after practice without support. Practice also... ...more
