Breathing techniques for boosting immunity

"The journey is going on, we started few weeks back, I was in immense pain when we started, after practicing exercise from first session I started improving. Her best thing is she doesn't make you exercise in pain but with great patience helps you figure out some positions, modifications, which facilitates pain free/ min pain exercise. Her approach is holistic. Never runs through session. My pain levels has come down, and I am again hopeful to keep fibromyalgia in check. Looking forward for further engagements. "
