What are the best Concentration Techniques ?

U can play a game eye to eye contact or else no 1 with u u can play alone with ur thumb.... It will refresh u n also help to stabilize ur mind....to concentrate...u can hv tricky exercise...it will also help u to hv ur body fit n fine
