Overview

I am practicing Yoga for more than 10 years and I have been teaching Yoga for about 5 years. I am a trained 'Yoga Teacher' from 'Yog Vidya Gurukul' a renowned institute for Patanjal Yog.

Yoga has helped me immensely - physically and mentally. I am a software developer by profession and I am also into composting/gardening. Me and my family try to live a eco-friendly and sustainable (Yogic) lifestyle that goes well with Yoga.

My students have been very happy with my Yoga teaching. Some of the students have been attending my live sessions regularly for more than 4 years. I have taught students of different age groups (15 to 60 years).

I was lying in bed for six weeks due to backache when I was 33 years old. After I started doing Yoga, not only I came out of my illness, but I have become a better individual - physically & mentally. I have also been teaching Yoga for more than five years now.
