TEACHING EXPERIENCE Three years’ experience as a kindergarten teacher in Little flower public school, (CBSE), Kerala, India. (2004 - 2006) I was catering to the Lower and Higher Kindergarten children and engaged the students in the learning environment and instil in them the love forlearning. Aroused curiosity among the little ones to learn the basics with the play way method and followed the Montessori way of teaching andlearning. Conducted sessions for parents to make them aware of the importance of the learning process. Eight years 4 months experience in St. Francis De Sales Public School, (ICSE), Bangalore, India. (June 2007 – Oct 2016) I was proficient at tailoring lesson plans to incorporate student’s diverse interests and capture their attention andimagination. Engaged the students in discussion during circle time to generate independent thought and helped the pupil to improve reading and writingskills. Conducted workshops for parents to help them cater to the needs of theirward. Shouldered responsibility as a head teacher to communicate between the principal and the staff and strived to collaborate with all the members of the school community to meet the needs of the students and promote the philosophy of theschool.
