"To start with she is a wonderful teacher . She knows what you are going through and how much you can grasp. Her knowledge about postures , diseases is undebatably outstanding. I used to be a patient of insomnia and anxiety and both of these things she took away from me in about 45 days and now I daily jogg for around 12 km . All thanks to you GURU JI "Rinki", you explained me a new way to live and now I feel blessed that I got a mentor like you . The pace she maintains while teaching is very good her minute observations on postures her way to convince that yes you can. For me she is epitome of of yoga and ayurveda. I still remember the diet which she created for me , it was a bit difficult at the start but when i started having diet according to her I felt too light and agile. I still remember the hibiscus and chamomile tea which you prescribed. There was a time when I used to think that I am the most inflexible person on planet , now life for me means fitness. It was a real luck for me to have a teacher and mentor like you. God bless you GURU JI you helped me living life. "
