"My experience with Vikrant has been great so far. I feel better in terms of my workout stamina then strength. We have been a but irregular with workouts which is totally my doing. I have completed 13 classes with him and I can only say that he listens to your requirements, doesn't rush you or tire you out, understands your current status and plans workouts accordingly.
