what is the definition of pranayam.

Pranaam mahadev,,,,,,pran means pranic energy,,,,,,,, ayam means extension....... Expansion of pranic energy is pranaam....... So,,,,,,one must should practice regular pranayam,,,,,it will give extended life force..... One important note for all readers,, ,,,,,,,,never give up or pranic force to any... ...more

Q.What are Antharayas ?

Without antharayas we don't attain higher states of yoga ,,,,for eg.idols have been taken so much pain before they receive prayers...... My opinion is not to worship idols,,,,, in every single atom is God,,,,means "ano raniyaan ,,,,mahato mahiyan"...... Micro and macro understanding........
