Grammer and Pronounciation becomes priority in schedule. Which actually not needed for beginners as  we have started using both British and US English now a days. Instead they have to start communicating without hesitation fluently. So make them get used for ample of words and methods to communicate is more importatnt. Depending on work environment one automatically will get used for the rest.
