Gym is much needed to strength our body at the same time people feel its waste of time going to gym no its not even if you feel like that we can have some basic equipments like dumbel of 5kg , rubber bands for stretching , massager snd yoga mat better if we have stratight rod and two 5kg plates for beginners . Why online... @Saves time @ Saves money for both @ Can have more time to work out @ I will be avaible off line for running and guding you regarding fitness. @ its been 5 years working out daily and running 5 times a week guiding my fellow friends every day i can guide my clients the better way with the knowledge i have gained. @WHY ME 0_0 = I will guide differnt when compared to others with min efforts slowly slowly we can shape put pur body, Only thing needed daily task complete and strict diet. @ More and most afforbale price.
