Namaste Sweetu. After eating you can do you yoga, only one posture. That is VAJRA Asan. Vajra asan will help you improve your digestion and steady your mind. Sit on floor with both legs straight. Bend your right leg from knee and heels below your buttocks. Now bend your left leg and keep the heels below your buttocks. Both toes touching together. Heels touching together. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Our aim is to sit for minimum 15 minutes. Which may not be possible in beginning . Slowly and gradually progress from 1 to 20 minutes. read less
