Bikram Yoga, on the other hand, is a specific form of hot yoga consisting of a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. While both involve physical postures and breathing, Bikram Yoga follows a specific sequence and is practiced in a hot environment, whereas Hatha Yoga is more diverse and can be practiced in various styles and settings. read less
