no...because zumba includes certain movements which includes stretching and it can affect your back pain. So, it will be better if start with yoga and little exercise like warm up kind of till you get little relief, after that you can start with zumba.

However, if it is just a postural problem and has been treated before, or it is a mild back pain, which will not increase intense cardio activity then Zumba should be ok for you. Always remember, that Zumba is a dance based fitness workout and uses all the body's parts. but you can take it at your pace. However, before you start, ask your doctor as no fitness or dance instructor can gurantee you a 100% ok with any kind of medical problems. Hope this helps read less
