I have taught more than 3000 hours of meditation. I teach Kriya yoga meditation, which is one of the most profound form of meditation. The meditation happens with sets of few asanas, breath work, which leaves you in a deep state of meditation, where your body will move and make mudras involuntary at times and will always put you in a deep state of meditation after certain types of technique I teach. It will heal your body and rewire the nervous system automatically. I have studied under my guru, so I have learnt the traditional way. I am here to teach and preach the ordained of highest level.
