"One of the Best Institute. I was looking for SFM course so I got to know from somewhere regarding Cloud Academy. I registered online, and immediately I got call from one of the market executive from cloud regarding the course details. Basically I am from Pune and they don't provide any classroom training in Pune so they suggest me do go for online classes. But I was bit confused and not comfortable with the online class because I never did any online training. They provide me a demo class, after the class I changed my mind to join online training class. Here the trainers are very supportive, if you having any doubt they will arrange for repeat class. After the class the trainer send email for class detail like attendance and covered topic. I appreciate the admin team that after every class they take a feedback from the students regarding the class and trainer. You are allowed to record each and every class video. The best part you are force to submit the practice video to Admin team. Really this is very much helpful for me being a non-technical guy. If you are looking for SFM then my suggestion is Cloud Academy. This is not only best for study but also they provide jobs to there student. They have there own placement cell. So my recommendation is Cloud Academy. Thank you. "

"I am really happy with Cloud Academy services. They are really helpful and taking care of their students. One of the manager use to come everyday after the class and use to take feedback about the class daily. Never seen such processes before in any institute. Whenever any issue was reported, they have resolved the same immediately. Trainers are very hard working and helpful. They use to collect video material everyday. I use to prepare video for all the topics and they helped me whenever it was required. Creating Video material was really helpful and it helped me a lot. Thanks to Cloud Academy. "The best part is faculty work to make fundamentals clear. Also the regular feedback helps to make session productive . Institute treats each student individually and understands their problems , taking care to work on it. Sessions are interactive and faculty are friendly . The concept on submitting video after each session makes sure that the student does hands on once each class is over hence increases the knowledge retention capacity. "I have joined Cloud Academy for Salesforce Admin course. Training provided by the trainer is very good. Trainer makes sure that we have understood the topics clearly. We need to submit practice videos on regular basis on the topics covered- by doing this they make sure that we are practising on daily basis and by doing this we can get ours doubts cleared as well. This academy also collects feedback for each and every class so that we can share any concerns if any. Cloud academy also provides placement facility which is like an added benefit of joining this academy. "Do not trust these guys. They don't provide any material as promised. I am an experienced professional looking for a particular training. I had got an email to go through two videos and answer questions to get video material for free. I submitted the answers to their questions well in advance of the offer validity period. Then they call up and ask to take up the classroom training. If we say we shall think of it , they say the concerned team will check and get back. None of them responded back. Finally I called them and this is what they told, if we are not taking up the class room training, they do not provide the video material. It is absolutely bullshit. They're taking advantage of people who are searching for jobs. I do not suggest this place for anyone. "
