"I have been attending the classes for last 2 months. I have experienced improved flexibility, better energy levels, reduced stress and weight loss. The classes start on time without any delay every day, this punctuality and the approach of doing one mode of exercise each day, in my view these lend lot of benefits to participants. I will attribute all this to the yoga classes that Sri Srinivas Prasad imparts ( actually sir teaches all this while doing them himself ). "I started attending yoga class online a month ago. My body has become more flexible as it is getting used to yoga. If I skip even one day of the class, feel I am missing out on a lot. The exercises are helping me withstand the workload throughout the day, and by the end of it I am still left with enough energy. I had been suffering with lower back pain since 2016 after I carried a heavy suitcase while cleaning the house. Turning left or right in the bed while sleeping was a big struggle. But for the first time in 4 years, i have not felt any pain for 3 straight days. I can't tell you how happy and relieved I feel. I have no doubt this is the effect of yoga. I am feeling peaceful and energetic again. This has only increased my interest in yoga. All the credit goes to my yoga guru,prasad ji. I recommend everyone to join the class and enjoy the peace. "

The fundamental must things for a yogi is 'yama (ahimsa, satyam, asteyam, brahmachrya, aparigraha' and 'niyama(shaucha, santosha, tapas, svadhyaya, isvara pranidhana'.
