Though I received by formal certification in yoga from s vyasa university my learning process continues and not limited to any qualifications. Yoga was my passion from my childhood and I had met many gurus in my spiritual journey and each of those divine encounters added some unique values and lessons in service to my spiritual growth. I have completed Reiki , NLP, hypnotherapy (level 1)and kundalini yoga . I got initiation in Kriya yoga from Prajnanda Ashram. completed Kriya yoga from Ananda sangha as well. I have experience in teaching yoga to cancer patients and special needs children . I have rich experience in teaching to groups and individuals.

"I've taken many demos before but my search was completed when I took a demo with Abhilasha ma'am! She's such a brilliant guru for vocal music and you will feel that during the demo class itself. I've been learning vocal music from her since last 9 months now and when I compare myself from 9 months ago to where I stand now, it's a huge difference in my vocals! I never thought I would progress this much in such a small span of time under Abhilasha ma'am's guidance that, now I can confidently say in public that yes, I sing well! The best part about learning from Abhilasha ma'am is that her classes are very productive, effective and efficient and she explains everything so well and pateintly.
