"I am a lazy guy who doesn't like to do same exercises repeatedly and sometimes no exercises at all. When i got introduced to Dare to be happy( Vandhana) by a friend of mine, i was thinking like it ll be the same as i tried before, but i was wrong. Set of workouts given to me were exciting and (also tiresome initially) but with time it became a habit and i am looking forward for more classes and main thing is i am more motivated to lose my weight and getting healthy. I can't believe how my mindset has changed towards the classes and i have recommended my sister and my friends to take on the positive tsunami sessions by our master Vandhana. "
