"To say that Jai s classes has changed my life is no exaggeration.There was a time a couple of years ago , when due to a setback in my health I could barely do ten minutes of his one hour routine.Jai patiently pulled me up bit by bit always pushing me but never too hard. Slowly but surely I have improved my fitness - and my health -and although I'm nowhere in the league of my super fit peers , I'm definitely not holding them back !I try to never miss a class - I travel only on non class days whenever possible and somehow make sure to get the flight back to chennai just in time to fly into class !Am all the better for it !"

"An old timer of Jai's fitness classes till I moved away from Chennai , I owe the beginning of my fitness journey to him. Extremely knowledgeable in the field,he would make his classes interesting with a mix of cardio, weight training and stretching with a lot of fun added too. "
