Yes you can for sure join the IT industry, but you should be good at of any IT languages if you are joining at software developer role. You can go with JAVA, .NET, C#, UI languages, etc.

Yes for sure you can move back to IT MNCs, but first of all, you need to be more efficient in some technical language if you want MNCs to joins as a software developer. You can do work on the basics of languages like java, .net, SQL, Python, etc.
DevOps is infra part in that you won't be able to find more coding after all its individual choice.
