It totally depends on your speed.
There is no restriction on the number of words.keep in mind-
Good content, enough content , correct tone and modulation and ofcourse grammatically correct.
These points must be kept in mind.
In my IELTS sessions, I make sure the candidates focus on these.... step by step we work on developing these skills....so that we can achieve the targetted band.
It is about fluency, which comes with good practice under correct guidance.

Hi Hardik. You will be expected to talk on the topic for one to two minutes. There is no limit on the number of words. You should understand the question first, answer the question in sequence. Key points to be kept in mind are good thought process, no grammatical mistakes, proper flow while delivering the statement, understanding the usage of word, confidence, proper intonation.

Hello,
There is no specification for the number of words to be spoken in the IELTS Speaking Test Part 2. The key is to focus on fluency and pronunciation. You can improve your fluency and pronunciation under good guidance. Secondly one should focus on learning functional language which is used to describe common grammar functions, such as talking about the past, present or future, giving your opinion, evaluating someone’s opinion and talking hypothetically.
Last but not the least learn to time yourself so you know how much you have to speak in 2 minutes. This can be attained under an experienced guidance.
