"It has been a wonderful experience for me. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of all masters throughout the training, they are very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. I have learnt a lot about advanced yoga poses, alignment, how to enter into a pose using various techniques. Although I am a beginner level student of yoga, I have still learnt about posture’s anatomy and variations, counter poses. I have also received guidance and inspiration from masters how I can work towards my body flexibility and my goal.
