Sir ,I waited for almost 20 mins during the demo class for you to connect to the audio so that we could talk. I asked for someone who can speak in English or Hindi ,but none was available. There was communication gap and it took the designated time to understand the requirements. Some parents ask for demo teaching and some don't. You didn't ask for it ,Sir. It's ok things didn't work out as expected. I wish your child all the best for her future endeavors. Thank you for your time.

"Sanjukta ma'am is passionate towards teaching and very hard working. Every child has his own characteristic, and the best comes out when we can adapt to that and gradually upgrade him from a certain level. I liked her patience towards imparting knowledge to my child relentlessly, adjusting with his mood and behavior. The only concern I am having is with the course curriculum. It would have been of some additional benefit for the pupil, if Urbanpro could have provided some study materials, some course content, maybe with pictures and colors, which at this age attract children and increase their participation/focus, like my son and also various essential educational information or details keeping in sync with the current age learning mechanism. Thanks. "
