Both gives results. If you like Dance movements with music then you can go for aerobics. On the other hand if you doesn't like dancing then go for gym.

I don't knw abt offline but thre is a platform called udemy where u can find all types of online classes n aftr completing the course u need to write quiz. If u get 80% of marks thn u will receive certificate.
