Suryanamaskar is the best thing one can do for good. It improves many things like burns fat, activates your energy system in a very different way, improves the cardiovascular system, burns more calories than any other exercise, flexibility and joint mobility also get improved.But it should be practised... ...more

Suryanamaskar is the best thing one can do for good. It improves many things like burns fat, activates your energy system in a very different way, improves the cardiovascular system, burns more calories than any other exercise, flexibility and joint mobility also get improved.
But it should be practised carefully. One should go through a couple of preparatory weeks to ensure enough body mobility to finally correct Suryanamaskar.
