Yoga is not considered Haram. Yoga is an union of body,mind and soul.Yoga keep body flexible and strong.Pranayam keep mind relax and stress free.Yoga can be done by anybody and any person from community can join to yoga.There will no cast,creed or religion.

Yoga is a way of life. It has nothing to do with religion. Any person of any caste, creed, color, race, religion,etc. can try to include Yoga in their life style and feel changes. Also, since Hinduism (Sanatan Dharm) doesnt consider anything as haram as its a Arabic word, so yoga can never be considered as bad. Infact, its equivalent to getting more close to divine power by knowing your own internal and external powers through yoga.

We can't say yoga is haram. Because yoga connects human body to its soul. Everything which connects us with our creator can't be haram..but some narrow minded people think yoga may be practiced by only one particular religion..they say it is not from our custom..all these are misconception.
