I have 2 year of teaching experience,certified international yoga training from Sivananda,Kerala.

I start my day with yoga sessions, take classes & practice together, starting with om & mantra chanting, warm ups and daily different yogasana including pranayama. At noon time, I take another class of international client then in evening I take class again and do my self practice.

Practising and learning yoga from past 5 years and have been taking online classes since lockdown.

I start my daily yoga practice by chanting om and Gayatri mantra, followed by pranayam, then Surya namaskar, ending with meditation and then chanting maha mritunjay matra.

Is Indian yoga different than Western yoga?
Yoga may be in various forms but it has no cultural differences. Only difference is names given to Asanas which is in English and are easy for western people to understand. As such everyone performing yoga does same steps for same poses.
