Eat when you are hungry.

Have adequate sleep.

Accept your capacity or limits to do a task and respect your body.

Practice and Patience these two are the main things when you start. If you burn out and drop in between then your efforts are gone down the drain. So be regular in your practice and follow your teacher, guru advise he will not mis guide you. MABUHAY
