I don't think so that beginners should do self yoga practices as they should go for a good yoga instructor if they r practitioners go for self 👍

In yoga classes farting is normal like in pawanamuktasana which is done to avoid these type of stomach issue like gastric problems so there is no such type of problem while doing in class. Or you can go with personal class if you feel awkwardness in the group class.

The important point in personal training is total attention and guidence given by yoga teacher to student..Student can ask any problem faced by him.Teacher correct the wrong postures done by student.Learn the proper techniques in personal training. The important point in personal training is total attention and guidence given by yoga teacher to student..Student can ask any problem faced by him.Teacher correct the wrong postures done by student.Learn the proper techniques in personal training. In class yoga teacher cannot pay attention to individual.Therefore student has  to do correctly the asanas.The learning  process will be slower than personal training.

Improve sleep. Reduce stress and anxiety. Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth. Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.
